About me

I never imagined myself straying from the comfort of the IT world. For years, I thrived on troubleshooting tech issues and keeping digital systems running smoothly. But life has a funny way of leading us towards unexpected paths.
I started this career as a hobby—a mere distraction from the daily grind and the idea of improving my drone pilot skills. After facing different circumstances in life, Photography made a way of overcoming them, a way to unwind after long days spent in front of screens wondering if I was good enough, a way to encounter myself and to realise my purpose in life. Gradually, though, it evolved into something more. Each snapshot became a glimpse into a world beyond algorithms and cables.
The turning point came during the Pandemic when I thought I would not have the opportunity to meet my full potential in life and do what I really love. Armed with nothing but my camera and drone, I found myself mesmerised by the play of light and shadow, the beauty of candid moments. I discovered that I wanted to capture more than just bytes and pixels. I wanted to capture life and people's essence.
The transition wasn't easy. Leaving behind the idea of having the stability of a career in IT for the uncertainty of freelance photography was a leap of faith. In 2022 I decided to enrol in a photography course which I will never regret, this course has given me more than I was expecting. I gained confidence in my ability to translate moments into memories, and pixels into emotions.
Nowadays, I no longer spend my days in front of monitors, troubleshooting or overthinking. Instead, I aim to help people express themselves, I capture their emotions and encourage them to see more of their surroundings, “Each person and each project means a lot to me”.

As an enthusiastic guy and workaholic am willing to take any opportunity to contribute to a dynamic photography project where I could put into practice my knowledge and skills to produce compelling visual content. My proficiency in IT complements my creative endeavour, allowing me to efficiently manage digital assets, utilise post-processing software to enhance images and maintain cutting-edge equipment.
